Partnership Terms & Conditions
  1. Revenue sharing: All website revenue is divided as follows: SEO Worker 40%, Investor 40%, FluxZap Team 20%.
  2. AdSense account: The Google AdSense account will be registered in the Investor's name.
  3. Hosting & domain: Control of the hosting and domain will remain with the FluxZap Team.
  4. WordPress access: The SEO Worker will be given Editor-level access to the website.
  5. Worker responsibilities: The Team will set a monthly target of posts. The Worker is also responsible for SEO and guest posting. Training will be provided.
  6. Performance: If the Worker's performance is not satisfactory, the Team reserves the right to assign the website to another Worker.
  7. Worker replacement: In the month a Worker leaves or is removed, the new Worker takes over the website in that same month. The Worker's share of that entire month's revenue goes to the new Worker; the previous Worker receives nothing for that month.
  8. Membership fee: Investors pay a one-time membership fee to view detailed Worker profiles and send connection requests. Workers can create a profile for free, but must complete KYC and pay a one-time membership fee before being connected with an Investor. All membership fees are non-refundable.
  9. No direct contact: Members may not share phone numbers, email addresses, links or social media IDs anywhere on the platform, or try to deal with each other outside the platform. Breaking this rule may lead to suspension without refund.
  10. Earning statements: Monthly earning statements are visible to the Investor, the Worker and the Team. Any correction by the Team is recorded together with its reason.
