• Language Rules:
  • Bachelor’s & Master’s: Taught in Romanian (you take the free 1-year language preparatory year first).
  • PhD: Can be conducted in English, French, or Romanian (depending on the doctoral school).

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a citizen of a non-EU country.
• Good academic standing (minimum equivalent grade average of 7 out of 10 or “Good”).
• Not currently holding Romanian citizenship or another Romanian state scholarship.

Required Documents

1. Official diplomas / graduation certificates.
2. Academic transcripts / mark sheets.
3. Valid passport copy.
4. Birth certificate.
5. Curriculum Vitae (CV / Resume).
6. For PhD Applicants Only: Research proposal and preliminary acceptance from a PhD coordinator.(Note: All documents must be translated into English, French, Spanish, or Romanian if originally in another language).
