- Language Rules:
- Bachelor’s & Master’s: Taught in Romanian (you take the free 1-year language preparatory year first).
- PhD: Can be conducted in English, French, or Romanian (depending on the doctoral school).
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a citizen of a non-EU country.
- Good academic standing (minimum equivalent grade average of 7 out of 10 or “Good”).
- Not currently holding Romanian citizenship or another Romanian state scholarship.
Required Documents
- Official diplomas / graduation certificates.
- Academic transcripts / mark sheets.
- Valid passport copy.
- Birth certificate.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV / Resume).
- For PhD Applicants Only: Research proposal and preliminary acceptance from a PhD coordinator.(Note: All documents must be translated into English, French, Spanish, or Romanian if originally in another language).

2.Select Your Program:
Choose your intended field of study and preferred Romanian universities.
3.Upload Documentation:
Attach scanned copies of all required academic records, identity proofs, and translations.
4.Submit the Application:
Review all entries and submit the online file directly through the portal before the annual deadline.
